Billing is handled securely through our online payment system.

All 1:1 coaching packages require a minimum 3-month commitment to ensure adequate time for meaningful progress and structured implementation.

Coaching is billed monthly on a recurring basis. After the initial 3-month commitment period, clients may cancel at any time with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the next billing cycle.

Due to the nature of coaching services and program access, all payments are non-refundable once coaching has begun.

Structured programs and digital offerings are billed upfront and are also non-refundable.

If you have billing questions at any time, we’re happy to help.

At this time we do not offer online classes.

After the initial 3-month coaching commitment has been completed, you may cancel your recurring subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled payment date.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to ensure proper documentation and confirmation.

Coaching is educational and lifestyle-based rather than medical treatment. You may wish to check with your HSA or FSA provider regarding potential reimbursement eligibility.

A gym membership is not required. Coaching plans can be structured for home training or full gym access.

However, resistance training is strongly encouraged as part of building long-term metabolic health, improving body composition, and increasing insulin sensitivity.
